Georgia is a compassionate and experienced therapist, specialising in neurodiverse couples therapy, couples counselling, and individual therapy. With qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, and Business, Georgia brings a well-rounded perspective to her work, deeply understanding the unique challenges faced by couples and individuals across the lifespan, including those navigating ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their relationships.

Georgia has completed Advanced Clinical Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3) and Gottman Method Couples ‘Affair Recovery.’ She is passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships, resolve past hurts, and tackle the complexities of neurodiversity in relationships, offering tailored support for individuals and couples dealing with ADHD and ASD dynamics.

She enjoys working with clients through significant life transitions, such as retirement, parenting teenagers and young adults, and improving communication and connection in neurodiverse partnerships. Grounded in evidence-based therapy practices, Georgia provides skilled and compassionate care, empowering her clients to navigate challenges and build lasting connections.

Beyond her counselling practice, Georgia is dedicated to giving back to her community. She has volunteered with organisations like Orange Sky Laundry and Share the Dignity, and has been an influential voice as a member of the Family Reference Group for the National Office of Headspace Australia, advocating for better mental health services for young people.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, Georgia excels at building trust and rapport with her clients. She understands the importance of tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and draws upon evidence-based techniques to guide her approach.
