Organisational Psychology Endorsement Blog

Reflections from the organisational psychology registrar programme

Welcome! This blog is a series of reflections I’ve engaged in as part of my registrar process for endorsement as an organisational psychologist. This work is a creative response to the need to ‘concretise’ (Kolb) learnings through supervision and professional development. You may peruse these reflections chronologically (skip down to my first blog entry), or you may look at competencies or topics of interest by scrolling to the relevant competency below and selecting an issue within that competency.

Special thanks to my supervisors for shepherding this process, Dr Wendy Muller, Mr Ed Kelly, and Dr Trish Purnell-Webb.

Naturally, all work not mine is identified, sources are recognised, and no personal information of any client, colleague, etc., is shared here.

What do Organisational Psychologists do?

“Organisational Psychology is the science of people at work. Organisational psychologists specialise in analysing organisations and their people, and devising strategies to recruit, motivate, develop, change and inspire.”
